"They did a great job with our windows. We barely even noticed they were there. They came after we both left for work and we're gone by the time we got home. It only took two days to do 16 windows. I would have given 5 stars, but we've been finding garbage on the outside of the house leftover from the installation of the new ones and removal of the old ones. They also sealed all of the windows except for a slot on the bottom they said they don't seal. It would have taken and extra 15 seconds to put some caulk along the bottom like they did the rest."

"Steve, Max and crew were great. They care about the properties they work on and follow up to confirm the work was done to perfection. They lead the process navigating the insurance process and managed the negotiation to help produce the best possible outcome. I feel very fortunate to have had them reach out to us and ask if they could help. Yep even though they knocked on my door they are local in the area and really helped. "I have nothing but good things to say about my experience of getting new siding with SMA. Everything from the initial consult through the final clean up went smoothly and SMA was helpful, courteous, and understanding all the way through. They were very patient as we decided if we were going to do the project, patient as we picked styles and colors, etc. Once we did make up our minds, the financing options were good, clearly laid out, and easy to get enrolled in. When the crew showed I was so impressed with how fast and professional they were. Every worker was very kind and approachable as well. Their crew leader was one of the friendliest people, and always willing to stop out and answer any questions I may have had along the way, even when I was probably asking a lot of dumb questions. The work they did was absolutely top notch. All the fit and finish of the siding looks amazing. We also had them add in a deck demolition, light fixture swaps, and an exterior door installation (agreed to beforehand), and those turned out great as well. They cleaned up each night and were very careful not to damage anything on our property. After the work was completed, the cleanup was prompt and thorough, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Would highly recommend sma for their quality, service, competitive pricing, and workmanship. When we can afford to put a deck back on, we'll be calling them first."

"had 13 openings replaced which consisted of various windows and 2 sliding patio doors. the communication from sma through the whole process was great. when installation finally came my installer dan was very professional and respectful of my time and property. the job was cleaned up daily and all my floors were covered in the work area and walking paths through my home. the only issue that ever arose was from the manufacturers side and sma went above and beyond to replace the hardware in a quick manner and in a way that was convenient for me."

"We found SMA while price checking other companies on some siding work and a deck replacement and we are very glad we did! Our sales representative Nick Benjamin was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and honest, pricing was fair, he was there every step of the way to answer any questions, and was not at all pushy. Nathan and his crew built our deck and surpassed all our expectations. I am a very detail oriented person and his attention to detail was second to none, we are very impressed with his workmanship. Nathan also answered any question we had before, during, and after construction. The siding crew was friendly and did a great job on their work (siding and garage door wraps) as well and got their work done quickly. There was some accidental damage that occurred to the new deck during the siding install (which can happen during construction projects) but SMA took care of it without question and restored everything to new condition. Laurel was the production supervisor at SMA was also very responsive and kind. We highly recommend SMA and are confident that they’ll stand behind their work if any issues should come up in the future. If they perform for you the way they did for us, you can proceed with SMA with confidence that you’ll have a positive project experience!"

"Steve was great to work with. He explained the options to fix my roof line and re-roof the house in a way where I felt confident that we were doing it the best way. I was worried that i wouldnt be able to afford the work that was needed but he worked with the inspector and insurance and they covered the whole thing! Just needed to pay the deductible. Doug framed out and fixed the roof line so it will shed snow and ice much better than the original design. It used to trap snow but now it won't. I was very impressed with his workmanship. After Doug had the fixes made the entire team came out ready to work and got it done in a day, including cleanup. Great company. Great team. Great work. Knowing that I won't need to worry about my roof anymore is a huge relief. Thank you Steve. Thank you Doug and thank you to the rest of the team."
